Deposit and Payment
For large orders:
A minimum of a 50% deposit is required to begin printing. Payment in full is expected when the order is complete and before we release the order for shipping.
We accept numerous methods of payment, get in touch if not sure. If a completed order is not paid for within 10 business days additional charges may apply.
Small orders:
Payment in full is expected when placing order. We accept numerous methods of payment, get in touch if not sure.
Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround time is between 3 to 10 working days from the time that a 50% deposit is collected and art mockups or proofs are approved with a signature
or via email. Express charges may apply for orders needed sooner than our typical turnaround.
Deadlines
All orders with a specific deadline must receive written confirmation prior to acceptance of deadline. Requesting a deadline does not make it effective, as scheduling
often needs to be reassessed.
Rush Orders
We understand that there are occasions when orders are needed sooner than what our deadlines are and we strive to fulfill those orders to best of our capabilities.
If an urgent order is being shipped, then please account for shipping time as the amount of time it takes the carrier to get the order to you is not guaranteed nor is
our responsibility.
Out of Stocks
Sometimes our suppliers will run out of particular styles or colours. If this happens we can offer a variety of possible substitute products, or you can choose to wait
until the items are back in stock. If you choose to wait for the inventory to be replenished then we will not guarantee the turnaround time or that the items will be
back in stock within the communicated date. If you choose a substitute garment then we should be able to stick to our typical turnaround time unless those garments
are out-of-stock as well.
Quotations
Quotations expire in 30 days and are subject to change upon review of submitted artwork. Prices may be revised at the time of invoice based on actual prints.
This will be communicated if to occur.
Art and Preparatory Materials
Print ready artwork will not incur any additional fees. If further art work is required, art time is to be charged at £30 per design.
A proof will be supplied free of charge for every order (once deposit or full payment is confirmed). Approval of proofs are required regardless of artwork is created by
us or provided by client, including reorders. We can’t be held responsible for any misspellings, grammatical errors, or any other design flaw once proof is approved.
Prior to artwork creation, a full brief must be supplied by the customer.
Time required for creation of artwork varies depending on requirements. We will try to make it as quick and efficient for your requirements as possible, however,
we can not guarantee quick returns on any artwork.
Best Print Method
We will always liaise with our customers to choose what we think is the best print method for your job unless it has been specified otherwise.
Garment Selection and Subjectivity
For large orders, we strongly encourage ordering samples of the garments before placing an order. When the final order is received, we will not be held
responsible for subjectivity of garment quality. The garment the customer choses is the responsibility of the customer.
Manufacturer Defects
We are not responsible for defects on behalf of the manufacturer or distributor: mislabeled sizes, inconsistent colouring, dye lots, manufacturer
garment defects, etc. We cannot inspect each garment or count them in individually. Manufacturer and distributor defects or mis-shipments
will delay production until all garments are received. It is highly recommended to order more garments than needed for each size.
All additional garments will be included in the print run and we will bill for what is printed.
Mistakes and Misprints
In the event that an error we’ve made, makes it in printing your materials, then we will reprint the order for you at no extra cost.
We do not offer refunds.
Shipping
Shipping is not included in estimates unless specified. Shipping time is not included in turnaround time.
Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee timeliness or exact delivery dates.
We do ship internationally to some countries. If you need an order shipped outside of the United Kingdom, then we would encourage you to
contact us to make sure we service that country.
Receiving your Order
We encourage you to check the quantities and quality of the garments you receive from us immediately. We will not be held accountable
for defects or problems with orders unless brought to our attention within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
Order Cancellation
In the event an order needs to be cancelled, refunds or return of deposits will be based on the status of the order and may be subject to penalties
and/or restocking charges.
User Subjectivity
We stand behind the quality of our services and products. We will reproduce your graphic onto the garment or substrate with maximum
accuracy, quality, and consistency. The satisfaction of the end user with the final printed product is subjective. We offer detailed proofs
(approval by the client is mandatory for every order).
We operate quality controls, standard operating procedures, and guidelines to ensure a quality finished product, we will not be held
responsible for end user subjectivity.
